Terms & Conditions - 1

• Reynolds Executive Cars accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage/property carried in their vehicles.

• Reynolds Executive Cars vehicles will be operated by our staff at all times.

• Reynolds Executive Cars will not be held responsible for any appointment/flight missed as a result of traffic or hazardous road conditions.

• Reynolds Executive Cars reserves the right to charge a valeting fee of £500 for misuse/fouling of their vehicles.

• Reynolds Executive Cars reserves the right to refuse to transport a client deemed not fit to travel.

• Reynolds Executive Cars reserves the right to charge a 100% surcharge, and/or a minimum of £60, on any travel requests on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

• Reynolds Executive Cars prices are subject to change at short notice and may vary depending on circumstances and market forces.

• Please note that smoking or the consumption of food is prohibited in their vehicles as stipulated by Elmbridge Vehicle Licensing Authority.

• Reynolds Executive Cars advises that prices for transportation to major events at venues may be charged at a higher rate than at other times due to the increased weight of traffic usually encountered. Major venues include:
